CRS Webinar To Explore Podcasting Opportunities For Country Radio

Podcasting is a huge topic in the media world right now, but what are the podcasting opportunities specifically for Country radio? EDISON RESEARCH SVP TOM WEBSTER will aim to answer that question in the next installment of COUNTRY RADIO BROADCASTERS' (CRB) webinar series, “CRS360.” Titled “Country Radio’s Podcasting Opportunity,” the webinar will be held on TUESDAY, AUGUST 27th at 1p (CT). 

WEBSTER “will help attendees better understand the unique relationship between Country radio, its listeners, and their community, and how Country radio is positioned to be something more in podcasting than just repurposed broadcast content,” according to publicity materials. “WEBSTER will walk attendees through the latest data and talk about Country’s potential to ‘leave deeper footprints’ with podcasts. Following Webster’s presentation, he’ll field questions from the online audience.”

Podcasting will also be the topic of the “In Pod We Trust” panel during COUNTRY RADIO SEMINAR 2020, set for FEBRUARY 19-21, 2020 at NASHVILLE’S OMNI HOTEL. The topic of CRB’s SEPTEMBER CRS360 webinar will be continuous measurement in diary markets.
