Travis Wood Signs Publishing Deal With Creative Nation

Singer-songwriter TRAVIS WOOD has signed a publishing deal with NASHVILLE-based CREATIVE NATION (CN). WOOD has penned singles for Canadian Country singer JAMES BARKER BAND, which have had success at CANADIAN Country radio. After three #1s and 10 certified Gold singles, WOOD moved to NASHVILLE to expand his presence.

"I found TRAVIS on SOUNDCLOUD over three years ago, when he still lived in CANADA, and before I even worked in publishing. I knew then that the songs he was writing cut through, and I couldn’t be more excited to have him as my first signing at CREATIVE NATION," the company's Creative Coord. SHAINA BOTWIN said.

CREATIVE NATION co-founder BETH LAIRD added, “Already a seasoned songwriter, TRAVIS' talent and work ethic show that he is on the cusp of an incredible career. We are excited he joined the CN team and look forward to working together."
