  Former Congressman turned syndicated SALEM News-Talk WIND-A (AM 560 THE ANSWER)/CHICAGO and WNYM-A (AM 970 THE ANSWER)/NEW YORK host JOE WALSH will challenge President DONALD TRUMP in the Republican primaries for the 2020 election, reports CRAIN'S CHICAGO BUSINESS' GREG HINZ, citing "sources close to the matter."
  
  An announcement by WALSH, who has been increasingly critical of TRUMP in recent months, is expected as soon as this weekend, according to HINZ.
  If he runs, WALSH will join former MASSACHUSETTS Governor WILLIAM WELD as declared candidates challenging TRUMP in the primaries; former Rep. MARK SANFORD (R-SC) and former OHIO Gov. JOHN KASICH are also possible candidates to oppose TRUMP in the primaries.
