NEW LIFE BROADCASTING INC. is selling Southern Gospel WXRQ-A/MOUNT PLEASANT, TN to GREG COMBS d/b/a PROVIDENTIAL BROADCASTING for $10,000.

In other filings with the FCC, GODSTOCK MINISTRIES is transferring low power FM WFSJ-LP/INDIANA, PA to HILLTOP BAPTIST CHURCH for no compensation.

And MINORITY COMMUNICATIONS INC. has applied for an STA to operate KJMC/DES MOINES, IA with reduced power after the transmitter and antenna coax cable were inadvertently damaged by an electrical contractor doing work at the antenna site.

The Commission also proposed a $10,000 fine against GERALD SUTTON for allegedly operating a pirate FM station on 103.1 FM in ALMA, AR, and issued a Notice of Unlicensed Operation to RALPH F. HOOPER for an alleged pirate station on 87.9 FM in SWANZEY, NH.
