FCC Orders Three Licensees To Pay Delinquent Regulatory Fees

The FCC is pressing three station licensees to pay their delinquent regulatory fees or show cause why the payments should be waived or deferred.
The licensees hit with the letters include THE SPORTZMAX, INC. for Variety WDSP-A/DE FUNIAK SPRINGS-FT. WALTON BEACH, FL (owing $955.86 for Fiscal Year 2010; $657 for FY 2011; and $908.70 for FY 2012); CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING OF DE RIDDER, INC. for Gospel KDLA-A/DE RIDDER, LA ($1,428.48 for FY 2010; $1,355.22 for FY 2012; $1,361.69 for FY 2013; $1,368.25 for FY 2014; $1,000 for FY 2015; and $1,301.41 for FY 2016) ; and HEIDELBERG BROADCASTING, LLC for Urban Oldies WVOL-A/BERRY HILL-NASHVILLE, TN ($3,743.75 for FY 2007; $2,758.60 for FY 2008; and $4,400.00 for FY 2009).
The licensees have 60 days from the date of the order to pay or show cause for waiver or deferral; the licenses can be revoked for nonpayment at the Commission's discretion.
