'Modern Family' Star Ed O'Neill, Producer Christopher Lloyd Team For Spy Podcast 'The Undercovers'

Actor ED O'NEILL ("MODERN FAMILY," "MARRIED... WITH CHILDREN") and producer CHRISTOPHER LLOYD ("MODERN FAMILY," "FRASIER") have partnered to launch a podcast, "THE UNDERCOVERS," tracing the real-life story of an undercover DEA agent.

DEADLINE reports that the show is being produced for GLOBAL MEDIA's DAX and is narrated by O'NEILL. The six-part series' creative team includes MARK RAMSEY and JEFF SCHMIDT  (WONDERY's "INSIDE" series) and screenwriter PAUL G. CUSCHIERI. The show will launch on OCTOBER 8th.

The deal was packaged by PAUL ANDERSON of WORKHOUSE MEDIA/ICM PARTNERS.
