HUBBARD Country WUBE (B105.1)/CINCINNATI PD GROVER COLLINS got a couple of new tattoos to celebrate the station’s 50th anniversary. COLLINS told ALL ACCESS, “The 50 is the same font from our logo, and the bee is a ‘queen bee,’ which is how I visualize the station in my mind because, in nature, the queen bee is usually the mother of most, if not all of the bees in the beehive.

“I’m here at this point to take care of the ‘queen bee,’” he continued. “I know that might sound dorky, but it’s really how I see this radio station. It’s bigger than all of us who work here, and our job is to take care of her.”
