KATY PERRY has released her latest video, Small Talk," which premiered on MTV LIVE & mtvU. Shot in the Greater LOS ANGELES area, it was directed by TANU MUINO. The new single is the follow-up to the Gold-certified track, “Never Really Over,” the biggest streaming launch of PERRY's career.
