ARIANA GRANDE is suing FOREVER 21 for at least $10 million in damages after she claims the fashion retailer used "at least 30 unauthorized images and videos misappropriating ARIANA's name and likeness" for an ad campaign, and "did so by piggybacking off of the huge success of her 'Thank U, Next' album," TMZ reports.
Allegedly, after GRANDE turned down an endorsement deal with FOREVER 21, the clothing store launched a ripoff doppelganger social media campaign anyway, hiring a look-alike model to re-enact scenes and shots from the album's singles and music videos -- specifically "7 Rings."
