Cumulus Market Manager Moves: Eric Mastel To Charleston, SC; Gigi South To Savannah

CUMULUS MEDIA SAVANNAH VP/Market Manager ERIC MASTEL has been named to the same position for the company's CHARLESTON, SC cluster. MASTEL, the former MAX MEDIA President and ENTERCOM/VIRGINIA BEACH VP/Market Manager, succeeds the late SHERRY DOLLAR, who died in JULY.

Replacing MASTEL in SAVANNAH will be former MISSISSIPPI BROADCASTERS GM GIGI SOUTH. SOUTH is a former VP/GM of the ALPHA MEDIA cluster in SAVANNAH.

EVP BOB WALKER said, “We are thrilled that ERIC will be moving to CHARLESTON to lead our team and our great brands. He is an accomplished leader and will compliment the strong team in CHARLESTON nicely.”

The SAVANNAH cluster includes Country WJCL-F (KIX 96), Sports WJLG-A (THE TICKET), Urban WEAS (E93), Urban AC WTYB (MAGIC 103.9); Classic Rock WUXV (I-95), and News-Talk WBMQ-A.
