Nick Holmsten Drops Global Head Of Music Duties At Spotify

SPOTIFY Global Head of Music NICK HOLMSTÉN is giving up those duties to serve in a senior advisory role working outside of the firm’s core music team, MUSIC BUSINESS WORLDWIDE reports. HOLMSTEN joined SPOTIFY after the streaming giant acquired the music discovery tech company he founded, TUNIGO, in 2013.

SPOTIFY has been going through several high-level personnel changes of late, what with Global Head of Curation MIKE BIGGANE leaving to join UNIVERSAL and former UMG exec JEREMY ERLICH joining SPOTIFY as Head of Music Strategy.
