A report in a local newspaper says that the owner of a PENNSYLVANIA radio station faces charges that he planted a camera in a woman's home and used the images to create a fake online dating account to solicit men to rape the woman.
The JOHNSTOWN TRIBUNE-DEMOCRAT reports that Oldies WQZS-A/MEYERSDALE, PA owner ROGER WAHL is in SOMERSET COUNTY JAIL on charges of of rape/threat of forcible compulsion, identity theft, criminal use of a communication facility, invasion of privacy, and tampering with physical evidence.
WAHL is alleged to have planted a camera in the woman's home six years ago, then posting the dating profile; the charges claim that a man responding to the dating profile went to the woman's house and was met by WAHL, who allegedly solicited the man to rape the woman and said that others would be similarly solicited.
