The SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA BROADCASTERS ASSOCIATION has released the fourth quarter 2019 edition of its SCBA Quarterly Market Guidance Report.
SCBA President THOM CALLAHAN said, “With four major retail holidays, consumer spending at record highs, potential political revenue, and solid growth from many of our largest ad categories, Q4 revenue will be significant for SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA Radio. Our members are prepared and positioned for a great finish to 2019, largely due to solid planning and strong client relationships."
The report, which includes research links on political ads, the automotive category, and commuting patterns, projects "a strong and highly late breaking Q4 SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA Radio advertising activity for almost all of our tracked categories, with "political advertising tracking to unprecedented levels of potential activity" and solid growth foreseen.
