Brad Paisley Lands Starring Role In Amazon Comedy

ARISTA NASHVILLE's BRAD PAISLEY will star in and executive produce a comedic AMAZON TV show, titled "Fish Out Of Water.” According to HOLLYWOODREPORTER.COM, the half-hour show’s premise is described as a “LARRY SANDERS take on celebrity vanity projects,” and follows PAISLEY's character's "struggle to keep a simple fishing show from turning into his own personal FYRE FESTIVAL."

If the show makes it beyond its current script commitment, the role would mark PAISLEY's debut as a primary character on a TV series. He has previously guest-starred on TV shows "The Crazy Ones," "According To Jim," "King Of The Hill" and "Nashville."

PAISLEY's longtime manager, BILL SIMMONS, is also listed as an executive producer.
