Toronto's Hot Docs Podcast Festival Announces 2019 Lineup

The fourth annual HOT DOCS PODCAST FESTIVAL has announced its lineup, with six days of events NOVEMBER 6-11 in TORONTO.
“The HOT DOCS PODCAST FESTIVAL has grown by leaps and bounds as it heads into its fourth year,” said Lead Programmer WILL DI NOVI. “We're excited to showcase the extraordinary range and diversity of the talent working in audio storytelling today with new programs that raise the profile of homegrown podcasters, and exciting live performances by internationally acclaimed shows making their Canadian premieres.”
Among the highlights will be appearances by author and podcaster JON RONSON; former THE DAILY SHOW correspondent and "MOBITUARIES" podcast host MO ROCCA; VOX's "TODAY, EXPLAINED" host SEAN RAMESWARAM; and THE NEW YORK TIMES' "STILL PROCESSING" hosts WESLEY MORRIS and JENNA WORTHAM, along with the debut of ANNA MARIA TREMONTI's new CBC podcast. A three-day Creators Forum of panels and workshops is also scheduled, as are live editions of "THE SPLENDID TABLE," "CANADALAND," "DECONSTRUCTED," "YO, IS THIS RACIST?," "EVERYTHING IS ALIVE," "THE ALLUSIONIST," a special collaboration between the CBC's "UNCOVER" and "MISSING & MURDERED," and a "Sounds of the Six Variety Show" with six local TORONTO podcasts.
