KIRO-A (710 ESPN)/Seattle's 'Brock & Salk' Moving From Broadcast To Podcast

BONNEVILLE Sports KIRO-A (710 ESPN)/SEATTLE 7-10a (PT) hosts BROCK HUARD and MIKE SALK will end their daily "BROCK & SALK" radio show on SEPTEMBER 17th and will launch a weekly podcast for the station as of OCTOBER 2nd.

SALK, Dir. of Programming at BONNEVILLE SEATTLE, and HUARD, who recently moved as a TV college football commentator from ESPN to FOX SPORTS, will continue with regular segments on the radio station. Both hosts cited schedule issues for the move, with SALK's added programming responsibilities and HUARD's heavier load at FOX SPORTS making maintaining a daily show more challenging.

SALK said, “We’re going to venture into uncharted territory -- at least for us.”

HUARD added, “There’s no way that we could lose the connection we have with all of you. There’s just simply no way. We’re not leaving. We’re not done. We’re not finished.”
