No New Station Sales In FCC Database Tuesday Morning

No new station sale transactions made it to the FCC database this morning (9/24).

However, the Commission did receive notifications that some deals have closed. In one of those deals, SOLMART MEDIA, LLC has closed on the sale of Regional Mexican WZZS (LA NUMERO UNO)/ZOLFO SPRINGS, FL to LAKE ERIE COLLEGE OF OSTEOPATHIC MEDICINE, INC.for $279,000.

MATTHEW L. KETELSEN's KETELSEN RADIO, INC has closed on the sale of Classic Rock KHRS/WINTHROP, MN to J. DAVID LINDER's SUBARCTIC MEDIA, LLC for $71,000.

And QUEEN OF PEACE RADIO, INC. has closed on the sale of Religion WQOP-A and the construction permit for W229CZ/JACKSONVILLE, FL and News-Talk WZNZ-A/ATLANTIC BEACH, FL to IMMACULATE HEART MEDIA, INC. for $210,550.
