Entercom Names Elizabeth Bramowski Chief Accounting Officer/Controller

ELIZABETH BRAMOWSKI has been named Chief Accounting Officer/Controller for ENTERCOM effective SEPTEMBER 24th, where she will oversee corporate accounting functions including regulatory reporting, accounting policy and corporate tax.
ENTERCOM CFO RICHARD SCHMAELING commented, “We are thrilled to welcome BETH to the ENTERCOM leadership team as our Chief Accounting Officer. Over the past year, BETH has made significant contributions to our post-merger finance and accounting transformation. Her background in public accounting, including her extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting make her a perfect fit.”
Added BRAMOWSKI, “I am excited for the opportunity to take on this role at ENTERCOM as the company continues to transform itself and create shareholder value. I look forward to partnering with a best-in-class leadership team.”
BRAMOWSKI joined ENTERCOM in JUNE 2018 as VP/Business Operations, where she led the company’s post-merger finance and accounting transformation activities. Prior to joining ENTERCOM, she spent over 15 years at PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS, where she served as a senior manager in ASSURANCE PRACTICE . In that role, she oversaw global audits for several multinational public and private clients in the media and entertainment, consumer markets, industrial products and utility sectors. In addition, she served as an SEC reporting expert in PWC’s national office for two years.BRAMOWSKI earned a BACHELOR OF SCIENCE degree in accounting from LA SALLE UNIVERSITY and is a certified public accountant.
