Bender's Walk Raises $163k

Ex-iHEARTMEDIA Top 40 KBKS (KISS-FM)/SEATTLE morning host BENDER's WALK FOR THE KIDS was a huge success, generating more than $163k in donations for SEATTLE CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL and their UNCOMPENSATED FAIR FUND.

What started on the morning of AUGUST 31st at the WA/ID state line outside of SPOKANE, ended at the SPACE NEEDLE in downtown SEATTLE last SATURDAY to a crowd of supporters, family and friends. 

BENDER's original goal of $100,000 was shattered and SEATTLE CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL CEO DR. JEFF SPERRING couldn't be happier. "This guy is amazing. I want to make sure he knows how much we appreciate all he does for the kids. Roller coasters, water rides to RADIOTHONS, but this one is definitely the ultimate. Completely walking across the state for the kids!  BENDER's awesome."
