Spotify Expanding Its Physical Space

A year after it relocated its offices to LOS ANGELES' burgeoning downtown ARTS DISTRICT, SPOTIFY is planning on a major expansion. Other companies which now have opened offices in the area include WARNER MUSIC GROUP and SOHO HOUSE.

The firm signed for an additional 45,000 square feet of space in the AT MATEO complex, bringing its total to 155,000 square feet. 

The streaming company moved into the complex at 555 S.MATTEO STREET last SUMMER on a 10-year lease along with food company SOYLENT and the USC ROSKI SCHOOL OF ART AND DESIGN.
