  TENDERFOOT TV is dipping its toes into scripted podcasting -- partially -- with "RADIO RENTAL," a podcast relating real-life horror stories through the fictional framework of a video store clerk with a secret VHS collection of the stories.
  
  DEADLINE reports that the series, produced with CADENCE13, will be hosted by TENDERFOOT TV co-founder PAYNE LINDSEY and will debut on HALLOWEEN.
