THE CANADIAN MUSICAL REPRODUCTION RIGHTS AGENCY Ltd. (CMRRA), a SOUNDEXCHANGE company, taps PAUL SHAVER as President. He previously served as VP at NIELSEN ENTERTAINMENT CANADA.
