Hit songwriter LIZ ROSE has extended her global publishing agreement with WARNER CHAPPELL MUSIC (WCM) for herself and her publishing company, LIZ ROSE MUSIC. ROSE has written #1 songs for TAYLOR SWIFT ("You Belong With Me"), ELI YOUNG BAND ("Crazy Girl") and LITTLE BIG TOWN ("Girl Crush"). She also co-wrote MIRANDA LAMBERT's current single "It All Comes Out In The Wash."
In 2010, ROSE launched LIZ ROSE MUSIC, with her son, SCOTT PONCE. The company's songwriter roster includes CAITLIN ROSE, SETH ENNIS, EMILY SHACKELTON, and PHIL BARTON, among others, as well as writer catalogs from COREY CROWDER, CHUCK WICKS, STEPHONY SMITH and others.
“Words matter and the words that LIZ ROSE has put into the musical songbook have really mattered,” said WCM NASHVILLE Pres./CEO BEN VAUGHN. “She is the force behind so many songs that have won the coveted Song Of The Year award at all of the major music award shows. She is unstoppable, unflappable, and we are so happy to continue our partnership.”
“Over the past six years, BEN and everyone at WARNER CHAPPELL have been the best partners I could have asked for,” ROSE added. “I look forward to exploring even more opportunities for my music and for the music from all of our wonderful songwriters at LIZ ROSE MUSIC.”
