  As previously reported at ALL ACCESS (NET NEWS 7/12), THE MEDIA INSTITUTE will bestow awards on BEASLEY MEDIA GROUP CEO CAROLINE BEASLEY and THE WASHINGTON POST Publisher/CEO FRED RYAN at its annual "Free Speech AMERICA" gala on MONDAY (10/7) in WASHINGTON.
  BEASLEY will receive the organization's American Horizon Award from NAB Pres./CEO GORDON SMITH and RYAN will receive the Freedom of Speech Award from CNN Senior WHITE HOUSE Correspondent PAMELA BROWN at the event, with FCC Commissioner GEOFFREY STARKS giving a keynote address and attorney and former FCC Chairman RICHARD E. WILEY serving as emcee.
