The Syndicate Hires Industry Vet Billy Burrs As SVP/Artist Development & Global Commerce

THE SYNDICATE names BILLY BURRS as SVP/Artist Development & Global Commerce. In the newly created role, BURRS will be promoting artists through all pillars of THE SYNDICATE's services from radio, digital, marketing, street and PR as well as expanding international opportunities and engaging with digital service providers.
Previously, BURRS was part of start-up with LYOR COHEN and KEVIN LILES in launching 300 ENTERTAINMENT, where he spent five years as Head Of Promotion, contributing to major campaigns by FETTY WAP, HIGHLY SUSPECT, CHEAT CODES, YOUNG THUG, MEG MYERS, and MEG MAC. Prior to 300, BURRS spent 15 years at RCA RECORDS, where he was SVP/Rock Music and played an integral role in breaking THE STROKES, RAY LAMONTAGNE, DAVID GRAY, FOO FIGHTERS, and KINGS OF LEON, amongst others.
