SESAC has promoted ET BROWN and LYDIA SCHULTZ to Sr. Dir./Creative Services, effective immediately. They will share a dual management role for the department. In their expanded positions, BROWN will manage the SESAC Pop/Rock and Americana genres, while SCHULTZ will manage the Country genre. Both positions are based in NASHVILLE.
“I’m proud to announce the respective promotions of both ET and LYDIA,” says SVP/Creative Operations SAM KLING. “As a team, both ET and LYDIA, have worked seamlessly to ensure second-to-none service to the songwriting community over the years. Their passion for music and complementary skill sets, along with their close-knit relationships, only reinforces why they are best suited to lead the NASHVILLE Creative Services team.”
BROWN joined licensing team in 2009, and moved to the creative team in 2010. Schultz joined the SESAC creative services team in 2016. Prior to her time with SESAC, she worked for MAGIC MUSTANG MUSIC as Creative Director and BBR MUSIC GROUP in its legal and finance department.
