EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is selling Spanish Religion WNVU (RADIO NUEVA VIDA)/CHARLES CITY-RICHMOND, VA to VIRGINIA TECH FOUNDATION, INC. for $2.15 million.

In other filings with the FCC, GEORGIA-CAROLINA RADIOCASTING COMPANY, LLC is selling Silent WVGC/WESTMINSTER, SC to AUGUSTA RADIO FELLOWSHIP INSTITUTE, INC. for $575,000.

Applying for STAs were TRINITY ASSOCIATES BROADCASTING, LLC (WFYL-A/KING OF PRUSSIA-PHILADELPHIA, emergency wire antenna from temporary site after losing its lease); MOUNT WILSON FM BROADCASTERS, INC. (KIDD-A/MONTEREY, CA, extending prior expired STA); CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. (KJCH/COOS BAY, OR, reduced power due to transmitter problems); AMERICAN EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING, INC. (KQNV/FALLON, NV, move to new site); and TIMOTHY C. CUTFORTH (KCEG-A/FOUNTAIN, CO, operation from construction permit site with drop wire antenna to return station to the air after losing licensed site),

Requesting extensions of Silent STAs were SALT POND COMMUNITY BROADCASTING COMPANY (W260CD/BANGOR, ME, antenna and coaxial cable problems and reduced need for the translator due to improved coverage of primary station) and WORLD PEACE THROUGH TECHNOLOGY ORGANIZATION (KPEA-LP/SAN FRANCISCO, "needs further time for construction").
