ABC AUDIO has upped midday news anchor SCOTT GOLDBERG to Dir./News Programming, starting MONDAY (10/14). GOLDBERG, who has won three individual MURROW AWARDS, joined ABC NEWS in 2011 and ABC NEWS RADIO in 2013, becoming midday anchor in 2016 and also serving as BRAD MIELKE's substitute host on the "START HERE" daily news update podcast.
In addition, new titles have been handed out to Associate Director of News Coverage JON NEWMAN, now ABC NEWS RADIO Managing Editor, and Sr. Producer TARA GIMBEL, now Deputy Managing Editor.
