BRIAN MCGLYNN's GENESEE MEDIA is selling Classic Country WOKR-A-W238DG/CANANDAIGUA, NY to SCOTTSDALE, AZ attorney TIM STRATTON's STRATTON RADIO BROADCASTING COMPANY, LLC for $250,000.

STRATTON's 850 FLX RADIO, INC. is also in the process of buying Oldies WYLF-A-W230CZ/PENN YAN, NY from JEFF PEARCE's M B COMMUNICATIONS, INC for $285,000 in a deal that the FCC database shows as yet to close with the time for consummation extended on OCTOBER 1st due to the death of a third party to the transaction.

KOZACKO MEDIA SERVICES served as exclusive broker for both buyer and seller.
