Urban One Ups C. Kristopher Simpson To SVP/General Counsel, Names Tony Spinelli Chief Information Officer

URBAN ONE has upped VP/Deputy General Counsel C. KRISTOPHER SIMPSON to SVP/General Counsel and has hired former FRACTAL INDUSTRIES Chief Information and Operating Officer and CAPITAL ONE SVP TONY SPINELLI as Chief Information Officer.
