TRUTH BROADCASTING CORPORATION is selling News-Talk WJFN/GOOCHLAND-RICHMOND, VA to JOHN FREDERICKS' MAGA RADIO NETWORK, LLC for $155,000. The buyer has been operating the station under a time brokerage agreement since last OCTOBER.

In other filings with the FCC, applying for STAs were CUMULUS LICENSING LLC (KXZZ-A/LAKE CHARLES, LA, reduced power due to malfunctioning transmitter); SPIRIT COMMUNICATIONS, INC. (W263AX/CIRCLEVILLE, OH, reduced power with backup transmitter); SALEM COMMUNICATIONS HOLDING CORPORATION (WSDZ-A/BELLEVILLE, IL-ST. LOUIS, reduced power/variance at night to address monitor point issue); and TTI, INC. (WMHZ-A/HOLT, AL, reduced power while construction and detuning of adjacent LPTV tower is completed).

Filing for Silent STAs were SANTA MARIA VALLEY MEDIA MINISTRY (KYGS-LP/NIPOMO, CA, can't afford tower rent) and GOLDEN FEATHERS MINISTRIES, INC. (KRGR-LP/PARADISE, CA, lost power service due to Camp Fire).

BECK, JR. in exchange for severance; SCHWARTZ exited the company in MARCH. BECK now holds 75% of the company, with DANA WITHERS holding the other 25%.
