AWAL, KOBALT’s recording company, ups NICKI SHAMEL to VP/Digital Sales & Account Management, NORTH AMERICA. Based in KOBALT’s LOS ANGELES office, SHAMEL was previously Sr. Dir./Digital Sales & Account Management.
