Rich Bailey Joins WIVK/Knoxville As PD

RICH BAILEY has been named PD at CUMULUS Country WIVK/KNOXVILLE. He previously spent 23 years as PD for SUMMITMEDIA crosstown Top 40 WWST (STAR 102.1) before leaving that job earlier this year. He has also programmed stations in CHARLESTON, SC (WMXZ — MIX 95.1), and GREENSBORO, NC (WSMW — KISS 98.7), and has been a popular on-air talent in KNOXVILLE for more than 20 years. 

He succeeds NIKKI THOMAS, who departed WIVK in JULY (NET NEWS 7/3) and is now PD at BRISTOL BROADCASTING COMPANY Country WXBQ/TRI-CITIES, TN/VA (NET NEWS 9/12).
