LBC/London Sets Launch Of U.K. National All-News Station

GLOBAL News-Talk LBC/LONDON is launching a national all-News radio station for the U.K. via DAB digital radio. LBC NEWS, a 24/7 rolling news format, will debut next MONDAY (10/28) at 6a GMT. The station, which will incorporate the existing local AM and digital LBC LONDON NEWS, will also stream online at lbcnews.co.uk. The format will offer a news wheel of 20 minute segments, with former SKY NEWS anchors MARTIN STANFORD, LISA AZIZ, IAN PAYNE, and JIM DIAMOND among the personalities on the station. The main LBC station on FM and DAB will continue in its News-Talk format.
