METV FM’s new HALLOWEEN specials are the treat and they're free. It's the First Annual 45s And Flipsides Weekend.

Starting at 7p FRIDAY, OCTOBER 25th, and running through midnight on SUNDAY, OCTOBER 27th, METV FM will be playing both sides of a two-sided hit 45 record every hour, playing first the A side then the B side, back-to-back throughout the weekend.

Included in the lineup are records from such artists as CAROLE KING, JOHN DENVER, THE BEACH BOYS, THE BEATLES, ELVIS PRESLEY and many more.

Celebrate HALLOWEEN with No Tricks, Just Treats from ME On OCTOBER 31st, METV FM will be airing spooky musical favorites all day long to get listeners in the HALLOWEEN spirit.

 METV FM/CHICAGO PD RICK O’DELL reflects, “As a kid trying to stretch my allowance, I remember that getting a popular song on the B-side of a 45 was a real bonus—two hits for the price of one. Those of us who had piles of 45s will always remember the ones worth flipping over. That’s what the 45s And Flipsides Weekend is about.”
