Entercom’s KMLE/Phoenix And KWJJ/Portland Jettison Morning Shows

Big Morning Show Changes

A pair of ENTERCOM Country stations lost their morning shows yesterday (10/22). Out are KMLE/PHOENIX’s MARIA KNIGHT and CHAD MITCHELL, as well as KWJJ (99.5 THE WOLF)/PORTLAND’s MIKEL CHASE and AMY FAUST, all of whom have been scrubbed from their respective former stations’ web sites.

KNIGHT and MITCHELL segued to KMLE from sister Classic Hits station KOOL in FEBRUARY (NET NEWS 2/19). Longtime hosts CHASE and FAUST departed KWJJ after 13 years in 2012, but returned in 2014 (NET NEWS 5/27/14). In the interim, CHASE hosted mornings at AC WRAL/RALEIGH for a year.
