iHeartMedia/Dallas Jumps In To Help Tornado Victims

iHeart/Dallas Helping To Supply Schools

iHEARTMEDIA AC KDGE (STAR 102.1) and sister Hot AC KDMX (102.9 NOW)/DALLAS  have reached out to the community for help with school supply donations for the schools and students affected by SUNDAY's tornado. Three DISD schools are being considered total losses and will be closed indefinitely.

PD JAY SHANNON told ALL ACCESS, “There were nine confirmed tornadoes SUNDAY night (10/20) around the DFW metro. Two direct hits in heavy urban areas with one F3 that hit just north of DALLAS which did huge damage.”

Immediate items needed are binders, colored duct tape, white poster boards, spiral notebooks, small dry erase boards and markers, pencils, tape, staplers, folders, dividers, Colored paper and highlighters as well as gift cards. Three drop-off locations have been set up, including the iHEARTMEDIA/DALLAS offices.
