BUSTOS MEDIA HOLDINGS, LLC is selling K238CH/EPHRATA, WA to CENTRO FAMILIAR CRISTIANO for a token $1. The filing is intended to unite the translator construction permit with the primary station, Spanish Religion KULE-A/EPHRATA, WA, which was sold to CENTRO FAMILIAR CRISTIANO as part of a multi-station deal earlier this year.

In other filings with the FCC, applying for STAs were SOUTH CAROLINA EDUCATIONAL TV COMMISSION (WRJA-F/SUMTER, SC, reduced power during TV repack) and THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS (W293AF/DANVILLE, IL, temporary facility after licensed site became unsafe due to building's disrepair).

And filing for extensions of Silent STAs were THE COLLEGE OF WOOSTER (WCWS/WOOSTER, OH,  lack of dedicated staffing and support) and RUSH COUNTY SCHOOLS (WRLN/RUSHVILLE, IN, looking for a buyer).
