The FCC has cancelled an order issued against LIVINGSTON W. FULTON, licensee of Sports WSRA-A/ALBANY, GA, to pay the station's outstanding regulatory fees after FULTON pointed out to the Commission that AGAPE LIVE MINISTRIES, INC., a nonprofit exempt from the fees, is the licensee of the station, not himself. AGAPE has been the licensee since 2004.
Meanwhile, LA FAVORITA, INC., licensee of Regional Mexican "LA MEJOR" trimulcast WAOS-A/AUSTELL, GA; WLBA-A/GAINESVILLE, GA; and WXEM-A/BUFORD, GA, has been ordered by the FCC to pay its delinquent regulatory fees or show cause why payment should be waived or deferred. And COX BROADCAST GROUP, INC., licensee of News-Talk WCGA-A/WOODBINE, GA, has also been ordered to pay its delinquent regulatory fees or show cause why it should be waived or deferred.
