Nick Rivers Joins WEAT And WIRK/West Palm Beach As APD

NICK RIVERS joins HUBBARD RADIO/WEST PALM BEACH, FL as APD/MD/afternoon host at Country WIRK (NEW COUNTRY 103.1) and APD of Classic Hits WEAT (SUNNY 107.9). He succeeds former WIRK APD/MD and afternoon driver SAMMY CRUISE, who left in SEPTEMBER for the OM gig at TOWNSQUARE MEDIA/PORTSMOUTH, NH (NET NEWS 9/13).

RIVERS arrives from DICK BROADCASTING\GREENSBORO, NC where he handled production and imaging for TOP 40 WKZL and Classic Rock WKRR, as well as Top 40 sister WGCO/SAVANNAH, GA. His past stops include being PD of Country WRJY and Classic Hits WSSI/BRUNSWICK, GA. Prior stops include the iHeartMedia clusters in CHARLOTTE and GREENSBORO.
