The First Halls Have Been Decked

The first station to officially deck the halls in 2019 is CUMULUS MEDIA Oldies WWIZ/MIDDLESEX,PA - YOUNGSTOWN,OH, which has seasonally changed its handle to CHRISTMAS 104 from Z104.

CUMULUS/YOUNGSTOWN VP/Market Mgr. BILL KELLY said, “With everything going on in the MAHONING VALLEY and in the world these days, we felt we could all use a little more CHRISTMAS right now. Playing CHRISTMAS music this early in the season will get our listeners in the VALLEY into the holiday spirit even more this year."

The OCTOBER 25 launch is the earliest in recent memory.
