RUBIN BROADCASTING, INC. is selling Alternative KURT/PRINEVILLE, OR to DAVID HARMS and BRENT HAMPLE's H&H BROADCASTING, LLC for $170,000 ($10,000 LMA fee, $160,000 cash) plus an LMA before closing.

In other filings with the FCC, PINE BARRENS BROADCASTING INC. is assigning low power FM WLIX-LP/RIDGE, NY to RCN MINISTRY INC. as a donation.

Applying for STAs were MARSHFIELD BROADCASTING CO., INC. (WMEX-A/BOSTON, return to air to preserve license); iHEARTMEDIA's CAPSTAR TX, LLC (WFBQ/INDIANAPOLIS, digital superpower); EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION (KLON/TILLAMOOK, OR, higher antenna mounting to alleviate interference); LEGACY COMMUNICATIONS, LLC (KUVR-A/HOLDREDGE, NE, temporary relocation due to lost lease); and TOWNSQUARE MEDIA CEDAR RAPIDS LICENSE, LLC (KDAT/CEDAR RAPIDS, IA, reduced power due to technical issues).

Filing for extensions of Silent STAs were CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. (W217AQ/MERIDIAN, MS, interference) and NORTHEAST COLORADO BROADCASTING, LLC (KRFD/FLEMING, CO, storm damage to tower).

And MEDIA WATCH has closed on the transfer of low power FM KYTH-LP/SANTA CRUZ, CA to CENTRAL COAST MEDIA EDUCATION FOUNDATION for no cash consideration.

Also, CONNOISSEUR MEDIA LICENSES, LLC has closed on the sale of Hot AC WSBG, Sports WVPO-A (ESPN 840), and W276DG/STROUDSBURG, PA to KRISTIN CANTRELL's SOUTHERN BELLE, LLC (license)/SEVEN MOUNTAINS MEDIA, LLC (assets) for $1.1 million. MICHAEL J. BERGNER of BERGNER & CO. served as exclusive broker for the deal.
