American Tower Corp. Revenue, Income Increase In Third Quarter 2019

AMERICAN TOWER CORPORATION third quarter 2019 total revenue increased 9.4% year-to-year to $1.954 billion, including a 9.7% rise in property revenue to $1.922 billion, while net income increased 33.9% to $505 million. Adjusted EBITDA rose 12.2% to $1.229 billion.

CEO JIM TAICLET said, “U.S Organic Tenant Billings Growth of 7.1%, coupled with solid underlying demand trends in our international markets, drove strong results in the third quarter. Our tenants are making significant investments in their networks as mobile data usage growth continues, and in the U.S., we are now seeing the early stages of 5G spending.
