Google, PRX Partner For Instructional Video Series On Podcasting

Podcasting 101

GOOGLE and PRX are partnering on a 10-episode video series aimed at newcomers to podcasting, reports VARIETY. "PODCASTING 101," debuting TODAY (10/31), is an instructional series hosted by LUVVIE AJAYI ("RANTS & RANDOMNESS," "JESUS & JOLLOF") and SEAN RAMESWARAM (VOX MEDIA's "TODAY, EXPLAINED"). The show is available with subtitles in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Hindi and Arabic.

The series will be posted at the GOOGLE Podcast Creator Program website and includes episodes on why to podcast, what to consider, recording tips, interviewing skills, script writing, audio editing, hosting and distribution, audience engagement, and monetizing.
