Veteran Portland, OR Radio Personality Steve Pringle Dies

Longtime PORTLAND, OR Rock and Blues radio show host STEVE PRINGLE has passed away after a battle with Stage 4 Solitary Fibrous Sarcoma, his family has announced on its GOFUNDME page. He was 56.

PRINGLE hosted shows on KKJZ, KINK, KMHD, and, most recently, KGON. He won a Muddy Award from the CASCADE BLUES ASSOCIATION in 2018 for his support of PORTLAND's Blues musicians. A benefit for PRINGLE's family, "BLUESMANIA," is scheduled for NOVEMBER 24th at the ROSELAND THEATER in PORTLAND; find tickets here.
