ENTERCOM ups JENNIFER MORALES to Sr. Dir./Corporate Communications and PR. Additionally, the company taps STEPHEN MOODIE to join as Mgr./Corporate Communications & PR and promotes DAVID HEIM to Sr. Associate/Corporate Communications & PR.
