MONTE MILLER's ROCKING M MEDIA, LLC is transferring News-Talk KSAL-A, Classic Hits KSAL-F, Country KYEZ (Y93.7), and K294DI/SALINA, KS and Adult Standards KABI-A and K240EX/ABILENE, KS to his son CHRISTOPHER MILLER's MERIDIAN MEDIA, LLC for assumption of a note. ROCKING M bought the cluster and one other station for $2.2 million in a deal that closed in FEBRUARY 2017; CHRISTOPHER MILLER owns 33% of ROCKING M and 100% of MERIDIAN. ROCKING M's 2015 LMA of Regional Mexican KMML (LA MEXICANA)/CIMMARON, KS; News-Talk KRMR (THE PATRIOT)/HAYS, KS; and Classic Country KDJM (REAL COUNTRY 101.7)/LINDSBORG, KS is also being terminated as of DECEMBER 2nd, according to a note on the sale application.
