COMMUNITY BROADCASTERS, LLC is selling Sports WSLB-A and News-Talk WQTK/OGDENSBURG, NY and Country WLFK (95.3 THE WOLF)/GOUVERNEUR, NY to BRUICE W. SERMONIS II's SCORE ADVERTISING, LLC for $350,000 ($100,000 cash, $250,000 in a promissory note).
In other filings with the FCC, DAVID L. SMITH is selling Classic Rock WCHY (THE BEAR)/CHEBOYGAN, MI to VICTORIA A. BISHOP's MICHIGAN BROADCASTERS LLC for $75,000 ($1,000 down, $74,000 in a promissory note). SMITH recently acquired WCHY in a swap with BLACK DIAMOND BROADCAST HOLDINGS, LLC for Country WWSS (STRAITS COUNTRY 95.3)/TUSCARORA TOWNSHIP, MI.
MITTEN MEDIA, LLC is selling Classic Hits WMTE-F (EAGLE 101.5)/MANISTEE, MI to BRYAN and JOYCE HOLLENBAUGH's 45 NORTH MEDIA INC. for $38,000 (including $18,000 in already-paid LMA fees). The buyer has been operating the station under an LMA since NOVEMBER 2018.
