CMA Awards Add More To The Lineup

Additional presenters and one performer have been added to the lineup for tonight's (11/13) "The 53rd Annual CMA Awards." EAGLES guitarist JOE WALSH will play alongside DIERKS BENTLEY, SHERYL CROW, CHRIS JANSON and JOHN OSBORNE during the previously reported KRIS KRISTOFFERSON tribute (NET NEWS 11/5). Country singers JIMMIE ALLEN and CODY JOHNSON, as well as “Good Morning AMERICA” reporter LARA SPENCER and actress-producer REESE WITHERSPOON, will join the previously announced presenter lineup (NET NEWS 11/4).

Prior to the show, married Country performers CARLY PEARCE and MICHAEL RAY will host the awards show pre-telecast, where they will present the Musician Of The Year winner. Additionally, PEARCE and RAY will recap the CMA Broadcast Award winners, who were announced last month (NET NEWS 10/9). Winners in the Music Video Of The year and Musical Event Of The Year categories were revealed earlier TODAY on ABC-TV's "Good Morning AMERICA" (NET NEWS 11/13).

“The 53rd Annual CMA Awards” airs TONIGHT on ABC-TV at 7p (CT) from the BRIDGESTONE ARENA in NASHVILLE.
