SIRIUSXM, already available on AMAZON Echo and Alexa devices, has expanded that relationship to offer its on-demand library to users of the smart speaker devices and other Alexa-enabled products.
The programming, including HOWARD STERN's library, is now included in the streaming access sold with the Select and All Access satellite packages and the Essential and Premier streaming packages. The on-demand library includes over 10,000 hours of archived shows, music performances, interviews and audio documentaries; listening via the devices and smartphone apps will be synced so that users can pause listening on one device and pick up at the same point on another device.
In addition, SIRIUSXM's "Personalized Stations Powered by PANDORA" service has also been added to the programming available through the AMAZON devices. The voice command system will allow users to rate songs with thumbs-up and thumbs-down and skip songs by saying so.
